"Horrible. Condescending. Money hungry. Desperate for a sale. DOI complaint was sent in yesterday. State Farm corporate complaint finished a week ago. Her office prays on the elderly, promises to cancel their insurance if they switch and then they don’t do anything and stick the customer with the responsibility and cost of not fulfilling that promise. You don’t make promises if you have no intentions of keeping them. This is not the type of agency you want be associated with. There are plenty of other State Farm agencies and companies who operate with a proper moral compass."
