"Worst experience I've ever had with a place of business. They couldn't handle me adding another vehicle to my insurance. They tried charging me an extra $50 from what I was verbally told on the phone. When I called to figure out why I was never given a straight answer. The first person I talked to basically blamed underwriting and told me it was still a good deal. This person was extremely ditzy and did not understand insurance very well. I tried to get that office to give me a straight answer for weeks. All I heard was a lot of excuses. It was always someone else's fault like billing or underwriting. Abby was very evasive. When I I first signed up with her she gave me a card with her email and phone number. Well that was just for show. Abby never would answer my calls or emails. The only time I got her on the phone was calling the national state farm number and trying to change agents. They patched me through to her office. I was angry and out of patience. This office was unprofessional for weeks and I had enough. The person that answered the phone put Abby on the phone. Abby made big promises about how she was going to fix the whole thing and email me a complete breakdown of my billing. She makes big promises to get you off the phone. This was a blatant LIE! I never received this. I emailed Abby back and tried calling her but she never responded. I switched agents and they fixed the problem after one phone call with billing. So another agent did the job abby couldn't do in weeks, right away after one phone call. So either abby and her office is totally incompetent or simply just doesn't care to do their job properly. I've never felt so disrespected in my life by a place of business. Abby and her office caused me a lot of stress. This was right at the holidays. She never showed herself to be a competent or caring enough to fix the problem. Instead her and her office had no idea how to do a basic insurance policy. They made excuses, avoided me and blatantly lied to me. It still baffles me how an insurance agent couldn't do insurance. Not only that but abby and her office tried charging my bank account an amount I did not consent to. I felt totally violated by abby and her office. One of her ditzy employees admitted that they try to "find the deal that's best for them." Every other agent I've had tries to find the best deal for the customer, not a huge corporation. I feel like I could go on and on about Abby's incompetence but I will end by saying this. I am a single father who was just trying to get his twin 16 year olds car insured. Instead of it being a simple transaction it was a stressful event that went on for weeks. Having two new teenage drivers and it being the holidays was stressful enough. I didn't need the extra stress. Abby and her office either didn't care to get things fixed or were not competent enough to do so. It took another office one phone call to sort it out the problem. Unless abby is writing me a fat check for the pain and stress she caused my family she has nothing to say I want to hear. What a scummy individual. I've never met someone so bad at her job and so uncaring about others finances. During the time she couldn't "figure out" my policy she had no problem posting on all her social media accounts. Hey Abby how you learn insurance and put the phone down. Those things are for when you get your work done and obviously you have not. Mentally abby is an immature child who isn't intelligent or responsible enough to run a business. Don't even give on of your snotty replys to this. I don't want to hear it!"
